Lots of joy
Definitely can’t be used as a hat but my dog is obsessed! I stocked up with 5 more because she chews them constantly until they’re all ripped up. She cannot get enough of her party hat.

Can't get enough!
Does NOT work as a hat at all for my 7 pound Maltese but that doesn't stop her from playing with it non-stop. A hit in our house
