Our 6-month-old Great Pyrenees puppy loves this and other multipart toys from Bark. This is one of his favorites. It’s a bit small for him (he’s 80+lbs) - which makes it more challenging. He gets super excited when he sees it put back together for another round of “find it!” fun.
My terrier loves the apples and any of the other apple toys from the fall collections. The bucket makes it even better! We can add a treat and put other toys in the bucket for him to dig out. Plus, throwing around the bucket with its crinkle brings him joy.
My Maltese dogs love this set. They like both apples, but the basket is also a favorite. The basket is a star! It crinkles and squeaks. They carry it and jump on it. Sometimes I put it on their heads like a hat—or my head like a hat. They go wild for it. I doubted they would like this toy vs other bark toys, and it’s a favorite!
Lio’s mouth isn’t big enough for the apples, so he carries them around by the leaves.
The bucket, though, that has become his FAVORITE toy of all time! It’s good for throw and fetch, and he likes to make it squeak. Sometimes he wants me to put kibbles in it which we call “treats.”
This morning we discovered that the squeaker no longer works (after years of play). Lio whined a little about this, so I came here hoping Bark Shop still had them available. They do and the day is saved!

The first Johnny Apple Squeaks I bought has been so well-loved (as in I can't fix the Frankenstein looking apples anymore) I've purchased this second set for Smudge Alpin MacRuff's Christmas present this year.
My Cairn terrier is rough on plushie toys but he has such a good time with them I continue to buy them, but watch carefully for stuffing trails. Thanks for such a fun toy, BarkBox!
