I’ve bought all of the toys that are like this..indestructible on the inside with the furry fabric on the outside. They withstand endless abuse from my young super chewer, but are furry and fun enough for my senior dog, who is a reformed super chewer.
My puppy is teething. She’s ripped some of the stitching but keeping an eye on it. Great for the crate given the fabric.
It is a little small for my 70lb dog but he loves it. There's some substance to it so it's not a flimsy fish. He's taking his time getting the outside cloth part off. He usually shreds plush toys in seconds.

My 2 year old pit mix loves this toy! He’s a big fan of ripping up stuffed toys as well as plastic ones which can put him at a lot of risk for tummy upset. This toy has a soft cloth covering surrounding the rubber inside which after more than a week of tough chewing, he has barely put a dent in. If the cloth is ripped off, it comes off in large pieces making them harder to swallow and easier to spot while playing. I love this toy and will be buying more in the future!
