This toy is horrendous
I ordered this for my precious little puppy, Kitty. First of all, when I ordered it, it said it would come in 5-10 days but it took 2 years!!!! I ordered it in January of 2022 and it just arrived! Second of all, when I gave it to my dog, he started ripping out all of the hair and now my Elmo is bald! In the description it says and I quote, "made for tug" and "long and strong hair" which is the opposite of what happened. For reference this is what Elmo looks like now:
Kitty, my dog, is now crying like a baby because she is so disappointed in BarkShop.
