He loves the honking, but has difficulty of playing with it. But it's too big for him. this toy is better suited for a large dog. Instead of a small dog. It's approximately 6 inch diameter. great colors

This toy is larger than I thought it would be. I makes crinkle noises and has a squeaker inside. It has been a challenge for my dog to destroy. She will play fetch with It, but prefers to just hold it between her front paws and chew, making it crinkle. She also likes to shake it and toss it around herself. It has proven to be a big challenge for her, but she grabs a hold of it by the nob on top or by the strap. If you want something very durable get the large size of this. It will occupy there need to chew for a long time.
