While it is a very funny toy to me personally, not really a favorite of my corgi. I bought the small version but the squeaker/(internal material?) is far to rigid to get any fun out of it for her. Even I find it rather difficult to squeeze it compared to similarly sized/shaped bark brand toys and I'm a 29 year old man. Some redeeming qualities though are the spiny texture the internal squeaker seems to have and it rattles a bit when you shake it. Given those I could see other dogs perhaps liking it potentially more so than my dog does. If your dog tears things up, I foresee the squeaker holding up even after the fabric is removed based on how rigid it feels.
