Why Is Shipping Taking So Long? 

During sales and holidays -- due to holiday-related longer postal times and increased inclement winter weather -- your orders may take a bit longer to ship. Do not be alarmed if your package seems to be moving slower than usual, and please be prepared to give a bit of extra time for your items to arrive. 

 We definitely understand and apologize for any frustration associated with this -- we never want to make you wait any longer than necessary for something you and your pup are excited for. Please know that we’re working our absolute hardest to get your items packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. We know that all those soon-to-be-had tail wags are going to make it well worth the wait!

Typically how long does it take for my BarkShop order to arrive?

Here is what you can expect:

  • In the 48 Contiguous US States, it’ll take 3-9 business days. 
  • Outside Contiguous US & Canada, it’ll take 5-12 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your package hits the road, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is on its way! You’ll be able to keep an eye on your packages’ progress via the tracking link provided.

Fo orders headed to Canada, we only have tracking available up to the border, but we are certainly working to improve this experience! 

Please note that tracking data may take up to 1-2 business days to appear on the USPS or DHL websites.

Where Do You Ship BarkShop Orders?

We currently ship everywhere in the United States (including APO/FPO addresses) and Canada! Outside of Canada, we currently do not ship internationally

Please keep in mind, we are currently unable to send edible treats to Canada, but we are working hard to make sure your pup receives those goodies again soon!

Is There a Shipping Fee For BarkShop Orders?

Yes, there is a $5 flat rate shipping fee to the US and Canada. 

However, BarkShop offers free shipping on orders over $35 USD!

Where Is The Rest Of My Order?

While it doesn’t happen often, it is possible that part of your order will need to be shipped separately in the occasion that an item is not available to ship or coming from a different warehouse.

Not to worry though, BarkShop will send you an email as soon as the rest of your order’s tracking info becomes available. Orders with split-shipping will typically arrive within a few days of each other.

Can I Return a BarkShop Product?

Have a disappointed pup on your hands? Not on our watch!

If your dog doesn't love something in their BarkShop order then we haven’t done our job! We want to help make sure that your best friend has the best experience possible. That’s why we provide free shipping on any applicable returns!**

To begin the return process, connect with the BarkHappy team here, or email happy@barkshop to connect with a shop specialist. 

**To be considered unused products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers and received within the last 3 months. Not sure if your item qualifies for free returns? Just ask! 

What If My Pup Doesn't Like a BarkShop Item? Do You Offer Exchanges?

If your dog doesn't love something from our site, we are dedicated to help find the perfect match! That is our Dog People Promise! If you're not sure what to try, we're always happy to give recommendation because a happy dog is the ultimate treat! Our promise is to make your dog happy.  

How Does Subscribe and Save Work?

Subscribe and Save (formerly called Autoship) is available for a limited number of products on our site. When offered, there is the option to receive a discount on that product if you sign up to receive it on a consistent basis. We will ship that item to you every 30 days, just simply opt-in for Subscribe and Save when adding that item to your cart!

If you need to remove yourself from getting a product regularly, simply login to your account and disable that reshipment. If you need help with this, please contact the Happy team here or reach out to a shop specialist by emailing happy@barkshop.com.

Where Can I Find the Rest Of the Items From This Month’s Barkbox Theme?

First to clarify, Barkshop is the e-commerce arm of BarkBox, which is the subscription service where you get a themed box of toys, treats and chews each month.  So if you are a subscriber to BarkBox we are happy that this month's theme really got that puppy tail up and wagging! If you want to order something from the box, you should check out our As Seen In BarkBox Collection. There you can see recent items from past boxes and you can reorder your favorites!
