Longer than expected and the pocket goes all the way around, wonder how much it can hold before the weight is too much for my neck

Better Than a Fanny Pack
This is handy to take on springtime walks. I'm no longer wearing a jacket and lots of my pants don't have pockets so I had no place to keep treats and poop bags. I keep my Essentials Infinity Scarf next to the leash and grab it before going out the door. However, if I put my phone inside the weight is thrown off and the scarf chokes me. I prefer wearing it like beauty pageant sash instead.

Great grab and go!
So I snagged this and don't regret it whatsoever. Our weather can be a bit wishy-washy, which means my jacket of choice can change daily, if I wear them at all. Instead of stashing a poop bag roll in every jacket, I throw this on and go! What's awesome is not only does this this around my neck, a double loop can rest on my hips too, which helps in warmer months. The pocket has an inner pocket for those poop bags, plus the little slit so you're not fumbling around keys or phone in the pocket for the roll.
I definitely recommend this for dog owners, and hell even for a chilly day out with no pickets or purse.
